The job of your air filter is to get rid of any dirt and debris in the air before it goes into your engine. If your air filter gets clogged, it will make it hard for air to get through. This makes the ratio of air to fuel wrong, which leads to incomplete combustion. You might also have less power when you accelerate, the engine might wear out faster, and you might use more gas.
Fuel Filter
Fuel is made in a clean way. But when it is moved to a delivery truck and put in a storage tank at a gas station, it gets dirty with dirt and other things. Then, when you fill up at a gas station, this dirty gas is pumped into your car.
Before the fuel gets to your injectors, the fuel filter gets rid of any impurities in it. By doing this, you keep your fuel injectors from getting clogged, which saves gas and makes your car run better.
